What is the use of Diplomatic Passports?The American Ambassador has a problem with our leaders.Not too long ago,he said Ghana will lose $500 million if we fail to stop child labour.It's about time govt officials use salon cars and stop driving in expensive 4x4.The US Ambassador didn't write any official letter to parliament but waited to be invited on issues bothering on the maltreatment of returnees.
Now the maltreatment has been extended to MPs and ex Présidents.Our Foriegn Ministry is a disaster according to Americans.This is just the tip of the iceberg.Thank you.

The protocol decision is good and wholesome. Please do reverse or amend it. We even recommend sitting MPs to lineup for visa as well, because they are not above the ordinary person in the street who they take for granted and abuse at every turn.

In this land, the most serious crimes go unpunished - corrupt lawyers have high- jacked the system:
1) Yaa Naa murderers walk free, lawyer mentions foreign and stupid reasons not related to our culture, time and place.
2) Killer of NPP MP walk free, attorney general cites foreign and stupid reasons not related to our culture, time and place.
3) $56 million judgement debt refuses to pay back, nothing is done yet the this thieve has property that can be sized to retrieve the money. Meanwhile classes in impoverished communities are held under trees,
4) Perennial flooding continue to kill and destroy in Accra while these MP take bribe
4) Conditions on Accra - kumasi highway continuous to kill hundreds each year and no one give a hoot.
5) Mob lynching is everywhere -
All of these in the name of LAW and ORDER.

The wicked has silenced people more righteous and justice is overturned.

If they had concentrated in developing the country there would have been no need to always seek US visa for any little problem that may have. Instead, they stole all the money meant for development and now they want favors. Well done USA. And well done Britain. I wish all the western countries follow this.

My understanding of the measure is that,Protocol Visa within 48 hrs is limited to Officials in Office.Any other person Not in Office has to pass through normal procedure as others, (cannot get Visa issued within 48hrs), including past authorities.That means, any former official who intend to travel should appear in person to interview early to save himself/herself from embarrassment.What's the problem!.I think the measure however distasteful,is also a blessing to the Country in the long run;unconsciously as a first Step to help indirectly and effectively fight Corruptions,the Whom You Know or Connection Syndromes in the Ghanaian Society, if Ghana is serious to deal with corruptions in the System; without it nothing get done,in my personal opinion.I think it behooves on the present generation to do more to create a just Society for the present Youth and those yet to be Born.yWhat I mean is, Job Opportunities,etc, should be opened to all who qualify; as done elsewhere, without the applicant having to know anyone or have labels (Connections), etc,in my personal opinion.The Statement does not indicate Protocol Visa is Withdrawn as twisted by this headline.
