  Is it the police who have to fight cross border crime?what is immigration service doing?they (immigration) are the first and the last line of security so far as entry and exit the country is concerned so immigration service need to be addressed with this issue and not the police. The police don't operate on our borders and therefore cannot fight cross border crime.
