What is it that he is coming to add to the apparent scarce resources to the Free SHS? His coming to Ghana would be at a cost even if he does not charge Ghana. A flight from the US could cost 6000USD by Business Class as I hope he would be given. Don't you think this fare alone is good enough to pay fees for a lot of students?
