They heard of abuse of MP privileges at British embassy, I would not be surprised that they have a record of abuses by presidents too, they hear of drug dealings at high places, Natele or whatever her name is going through VVIP lounge with drugs. If you were an ambassador wouldn't you put in some restrictions?
Trump is trying to get rid of immigrants and not make it easy for more to come in.

In fact what we care is for you to ensure that right amounts of money is transferred into the District Assemblies Common Fund by Seth Terkper but you failed. Why bother with issues that have no bearing on Ghanaians in general?

TO RESPECTFULLY ASK KWESI PRATT WHETHER OR NOT HE DID UNDERSTAND THE RULING OF THE SUPREME COURT?
IF NOT THEN HE SHOULD CONSULT A LAWYER.
FURTHER, TO RESPECTFULLY SUBMIT THAT THE COURT DIRECTED THAT PARLIAMENT OF GHANA WITHIN 3 MONTHS TO RATIFY THE AGREEMENT OR FAILURE BEFORE THEY CAN BE REPATRIATED.
HOWEVER, THERE IS AN INTERESTING DEVELOPMENT OCCURRING THAT ONE OF THEM MARRIED TO A GHANAIAN WOMAN AND HE THEN QUALIFIED TO SEEK GHANAIAN CITIZENSHIP PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 7 (1) OF GHANA 1992 CONSTITUTION.

Kwesi Pratt Jnr. has asked the Government of Ghana to repatriate the Gitmo detainees with immediate effect.

The Supreme Court presided over by newly sworn-in Chief Justice Sophia Akuffo on Thursday, June 22, declared that it is unconstitutional for the two ex-detainees to be allowed into the country without Parliament's prior approval.

The court directed that the issue of admittance of the detainees should be brought before Parliament within the next three (3) months.

Speaking on Peace FM's Kokrokoo, Kwesi Pratt wondered why the detainees are still in Ghana following the court ruling which makes the stay of two detainees, Mahmud Umar Muhammad Bin Atef and Khalid Muhammad Salih Al-Dhuby, unconstitutional.

Mr. Pratt urged the government to send out the detainees from the country to allay fears in the hearts of Ghanaians.

To him, the Nana Addo government shouldn't even wait for Parliament to decide the fate of the detainees but do the needful.

“Supreme Court decision does not make their stay lawful and constitutional. So, their stay in Ghana today is still unconstitutional. We should sack them to allay all fears”.

The US embassy is fully aware of government officials getting visas for girl friends and relatives through diplomatic channels and want to put an end to that . Our officials have abused the privilege given them by some foreign embassies. It is a shame . Do you remember that one of the officials got a visa for her daughter to Britain and she eloped . Well it serves them right and I have no pity for them . However I think the ex presidents must be exempted.Would the ambassador expect any of the US ex presidents personally to go to the Ghana mission in the US to obtain a visa to Ghana.
