  Please let individuals also show some entrepreneurial initiatives.

U SHOULD BE SAYING...GOVT SHOULD EMPOWER EX BOXERS TO MAKE IT CONDUCIVE FOR US TO BUILD GYMS B LOWERING OPERATIONAL TAXES ETC...COUNTRIES LIKE AMERICA' GOVT DONT INVEST IN BUILDING GYMS. INDIVIDUAL N CORPORATE EFFORTS MAKE THESE HAPPEN. GO SOLICIT A LOAN. BUILD A SMALL GYM. RECRUIT STRRETKIDS WITH POTENTIAL N TRAIN THEM. THEN CALL ON GOVT FOR SUPPORT....LOOK AT WHAT FIGHTERS LIKE TYSON, DE LA HOYA, FLOYD, ROY JONES ARE ALL DOING? U SIGNED WITH RY JONES DIDNT U? DID US GOVT BUILD A GYM FOR ROY JONES? NO...HE USED HIS OWN MONEY. NOW, HE HAS U SIGNED UNDER HIS COMPANY N MAKES MONEY OFF U WHEN YOU FIGHT. HE HELPS U LIVE IN US N PREPARE FOR FIGHTS. The ministry refused to support the black Bombers to go All Africans championship and rather paying for black stars friendly match, is the ministry for only football? there are many football stadiums built by government what about the other sports?
