When Kwaku Baako informed us about the atrocities of Kwesi Pratt during PNDC Regime, some of us did not believe until the truth was confirmed during the NRC. Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. Now Pratt has the guts to take Diplomatic Passport and smuggled his weak-headed children to work at the Ministries under Mills NDC, may God forgive Pratt and his dependance and spare them of the evils ahead of them...

Hmmm, my worry is,the number of pupils that will pass this year, because of this so call free shs. This people will do everything to make sure few comes out for this their free shs, so that people won't see their fall.

Why every Government of Ghana takes one foolish action to draw the country backwards? 1. Kwame Nkrumah freely gave our money free to other nations and stagnated Ghana. The single spine salary system, proposed by Kuffour and finalized by the governments of Ata Mills and Mahama finished Ghana. Your country discovers oil, you have not exploited it to know is quantity then you start increasing salaries. Is this not foolishness? A Ghanaians are guilty of this disaster including the workers. Nana Addo now wants his own mistake because of the need for political power. The free shs even for the children of those who can afford to pay their fees, will further wound Ghana's economy and continue the stagnation. We all know how Nkrumah suffered in this line.

Schools must have the same standards ie Library, toilets with hand washing basins, open dinning room, and play grounds. This should be the minimum requirement for any school. The Ministry of Education should have a standard classroom every where that children live and want to be educated in a safe and secure environment . This is the basic rights of children. NPP stand out from the crowd and make classrooms safe and comfortable for children to enjoy going to school.

IT HAS NOT BEEN POSSIBLE BECAUSE NPP AND NDC GOVERNMENTS THAT CAME TO POWER USED MILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF STATE FUNDS TO IMPORT EXPENSIVE AND LUXURY CAR AND JEEPS FOR MERRYMAKING, HIGHLIFE AND HONEYMOON AT A TIME THAT THE NATIONS INFRASTURE ARE STILL BROKEN DOWN IN SHAMBLES.

HAVE THE SO CALLED POLITICIANS AND THE EDUCATED WITH BIG DEGREES AND PHD TITLES BEEN REASONABLE OR EMPTY HEADED PWITHOUT FORESIGHT AND PURPOSE IN THE COUNTRY.

ARE GHANAIAN EDUCATED FOR NOTHING.

SAD FOR THESE FOLKS TO HAVE BIG ACADEMIC TITLES IN THE MIDST OF EXTREME POVERTY IN GHANA.

Capitation grants for 2016/2017 academic year is in arrears but we re being told of free SHS. The capitation grant is 1.5 cedis per pupil per term but ve been paid since September 2016 to date.

At a time when nations the worldover are turning to outdoor schools for all by connecting their young ones to nature, here comes our Education Minister with over $200 million request to fix old schools.

Apparently Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh is oblivious to the salient problem facing our children today, which in my candid opinion, is their alienation from the national world.

I seriously think Dr. Opoku Prempeh doesn't understand the paradigm shift that tries to educate students to make critical decisions that balance the preservation of healthy ecosystems.

Around the world, "green schools", education for sustainable development, environment education, nature-based education, the farm-to-school movement are springing up, from U.K., Canada, Australia, Scandinavia countries, US, Germany, Singapore, Switzerland, Japan & New Zealand.

Part of the $200 million should go into training teachers in nature-based education & part in researching how these outdoor nature bound education have been successful.

The times, they are a changing, and we must change with them!
