    Hmmm, my worry is,the number of pupils that will pass this year, because of this so call free shs. This people will do everything to make sure few comes out for this their free shs, so that people won't see their fall.

    Capitation grants for 2016/2017 academic year is in arrears but we re being told of free SHS. The capitation grant is 1.5 cedis per pupil per term but ve been paid since September 2016 to date.
