Please, if we want our roads to be safe, let us be guided by commonsense and take proper safety measures instead of trying to explain away our stupid actions with superstition.

  As usual they driver of the stationary DAF truck will not be even a subject of investigation. To my mind, he should be the first culprit to be apprehended, but the police will only be interested in identifying the dead, granting long interviews in the media and frustrating bereaved families. I am still waiting for the day when lives will matter to Ghanaians so much that every little action will be motivated by the prevention of the kids of human life.
