Are we going to sign a trade deal to sell the Zambians some manufactured goods or something? Did he take along a trade,agric and police delegation to learn how the Zambians are doing it? Did Ghanaians elect a tourist or a leader? Since his aassuption of office, President Kwaku William Akufo Addo, had not spent more that a month in Ghana. He is in the sixth month of office but had spent close to four months on the road. Meanwhile, the country is in a mess. There's no policy direction, breakdown in law and order and workers not paid but Opana is yet to sit down and set the tone and lead. Change in indeed.
