  Just saying it is toothless and useless.If the President really want to protect ALL underage girls, then he must work with Parliament to enshrine it in laws.There are many honorable Muslim MPs in both parties who just need the political cover from the President to enact laws protecting our young Muslim girls from forced and early marriages, circumcisions, physical and sexual abuses.In this 21st century EVERY Ghanaian boy or girl must be guaranteed education and healthcare regardless of their family circumstances.The lip services must stop! President Akuffo Addo must stop the touring and get to work! Or he could hand over to his Vice President.
