THIS MAN ACCORDING TO THE ARTICLE REFUSE TO PARTICIPATE IN COMUNA LABOUR WHICH WAS SUPPOSE TO BE DONE BY THJE GOV'T BUT HE FAIL TO. WERE EXPECTING THE CHIEF TO WAIT TILL 200 YEARS B4 U BECOME A PRESIDENT AND APPLY LAWS? THE CHIEF ORGANIZE HIS PEOPLE TO HELP IMPROVE HIS VILLAGE BUT THIS VERY MAN REFUSE TO SO..THEN WHEN YOU DIE DON'T EXPECT BODY TO BURRIED IN THE SAME LAND...EVEN HIS FAMILY MEMBERS DISRESPECT THE CHIEF....THEY SHOULD HAVE PAY THA 500 GHC TO RESORT EVERYTHIN WITH THE CHIEF.

When others were taking part in communal labour to benefit everyone, that dead goat ,while alive ,folded his arms and refused to take part even in clearing te public cemetery for burial. Now that the place is clean and tidy, he wanted to be buried there? The chief is showing proper leadership by instilling acceptable discipline into his people and showing proper leadership. The dead goat's family must pay the fine first before they will be allowed to bury their dead goat.Naniama .

If he doesn't in law, then he should be arrested for breaching environmental health statutes as a lesson to others who try to appropriate powers they do not have! As far as I know, only the courts should be able to other any exhumations, usually for forensic Police investigations or burial mix up but not by any Chief who supposed non payment of a fine while the person was alive, eih lawless Ghana!!!
