  Why is this thing always a problem in developing worlds. How often do you hear these problems in developing worlds. Its not only in football but other jobs as well. When someone works for you, what you give them is not charity, its called salary and they earn it. You can only brag and delay payment of charity but never salaries. We need to put a stop to this bad habit.
