  That would require a referendum. Only God knows how long it will take to do that. This alternative is better in view of the tenure the govt has.

  It should be point numero uno on the Bill. Let's see it and you don't need any contributions. That is all you need. Everybody knows it. Mahama described it as mass murder ie the effects, for which we now need the special prosecutor's bill today - bloody corruption.
  I can tell you for a fact, a lot of resources have been committed across various regions of the world to severely punish the perpetrators of mass murder. Please lets get it on there quickly, I mean very, very quickly.

  Excellent! Its coming and we need to make that institution strong so that Ghanaians will see corrupt practices in all its shape and form not a worthwhile and/ or regular past time!
