If the marriage is annulled, it wld be deemed never to have happened then the children ( I guess they are 18 and above) can be compensated in a way). This is a very messy issue. Here in the USA, even worse cases than this one have been handled in a way whereby the kids would not become society problem.
Whatever comes out of even 4 months marriage belong to the couple. If one person is not happy how things happened and the marriage ends, everything acquired belong the the two.
Am not in support of what she did. Don't also jump into conclusion about Skanska and marriage. This is everywhere. If we are to conduct first born kids DNA, we would have only few families without this situation in every tribe in current Ghana.

The court should allow the ex to pay every money Odartey has spent on the kids for causing financial loss to odartey. There is a law that justify that. What am saying is that, you should also put yourself in the kids shoes and one day you find out that your father is saying his not responsible for you, and you have attached all your life to him till this point.
There a chance these kids would become street children. In the US, cases like this one, Ordartey could send the man involved to court.

Its a very unfortunate situation. Did Odartey name the children. Did he take care of them. I think if all the children have is him as a father he has a moral responsibility to continue to be there for them. They should not be punished for what their mother did. In which case because of the children the woman should have been allowed to have the house.
