I had the same reaction. Ghanaweb is ruining its reputation. People get turned off to have to read such bad writing all the time.
Same experience.i was duped by a business partner. I took him to court was granted bail and the person took off. The person who bailed him is walking free . So here criminals are more important than businesses that Pay tax.

I always say Ghanaian laws are made to support criminals. I rarely see genuine plaintiffs winning cases in court. Even if they win, it will be difficult to claim their assets or monies.
So what does this have to do with the collapsing of your business? Or we you waiting to sue someone and use the person fine to expand your business??
I was at the programme. He never said the ruling nearly collapsed his business. It'seems the 'journalist's' own concoction.
Fine boy. What he didn't mention is the legal fees. Plus the damaging of his brand. Imagine our lousy institutiona which will rush to the media that Kama is producing fake drugs without any investigations.
