They think Ghanaians are fools to bring them back or they think Ghanaians will lose guard for the EC to rig for them if that's why they are making too much noise then they live to regret again in 2020. Ghanaians will never accept ndc near the seat of government anywhere near this time to over 40 years. Can't you see majority of Ghanaians hate you and
  those who benefitted from your loot are the only ones talking for you but they are not many than those
  against you. Mark my words 2020 Nana Addo will get 63% and your 100 parliamentary seats will be split with 50 more seats adding to the NPP. Ndc useless and brain dead party.

  Joseph Yieleh Chireh should go back and read the act again and point to the exact section that states verbatim that, a Board must approve the formula they are talking about.
  Have looked at the Finance and Investment Committee provisions in the Act, as well as the Oversight Committee provisions of the Act in sections 9 and 10 respectively as well as 41 and 43 and section 42, which they have quoted to support the claim that a Board must approve the formula before anything can be done, and point out the illegality.
