  Scrap the idea now and plan a better and cheaper one. I think the illiterate drivers are going to be eliminated. There must be a complete change. Incompetent and corrupt officials have to give way to competent and Ghana lovers to take over. The NDC members who are open minded don't talk any how. I'm waiting for Anyidaho to open his mouth and hear him. God save Ghana.

  It is about time the Minister got grip on the madness going on at the DVLA. Soon after the disgraceful matter with vehicle recovery, this follows at its heels. This idea of turning these quangos into money making ventures by corrupt management must stop or face the people's wrath.
