The regional minister talks about shoddy work.. yes, I agree with him. But the question is, whose fault? The so called "kick-backs" from government officials, ministers and all contract awarding bodies is the cause of shoddy work in all areas of construction in our country.
How do you expect enough cement in the pillars when the money for enough cement has already found its way into someone's pocket!??

The suspension of both Techiman Municipal works engineer and Building inspector is nonsense since their actions and irresponsible negregience has cause death and injuries should face the law for fail to do their work and sentence them to imprisonment including the contractor and the owners of the building to deter greedy bastards that put people lives at risk.

What is this about another task force or committee that is going to be paid per diem? The state should file charges against the builder and have them appear in court to account for reasons why such should happen and criminal ...
