I guest the students were taken through an intensive sex education as a responsible head and tutors and not paraded on the street as if they were chiefs. The elite parents of such victims can make enough money from these so called authorities on the treatment met out to those students.

Schools come from Europe and have been changing since the missionaries opened the first ones in our country too. We can't continue to apply C19th mode of running such schools and doing things and hope to become classified among the comity of developed and civilised nations. Those students can sue and win easily.

I do believe Ghana is changing. It used to be very religious and traditional, but now the young have gone mad thanks to outside influence and the internet. The internet is evil. What the kids post on social media is crazy.. all you older folks out there should learn how to use it so you can monitor your children...all we can do is educate our young. Teach self-control, religious purity. Teach them about birth controls and diseases. Curb their sexual appetites with sports/hobbies/job. Remember though to keep a very open relationship with your children. If they do want to have relations with their gf/bf then please god almighty get them condoms! I know it's not really desirable to know that your child is having sex, but a young unwed mother is an awful sight.
