EXPLOIT THESE MINERALS TO LAY HANDS ON THE HARD DOLLARS AND USE IT TO INDUSTRIALISE, THUS CREATING JOBS FOR THE BOYS. IF WE LISTEN TO NDC, GHANA WILL RETROGRESS !!   Typical. Buses are imported before the routes they will ply are ready. Another Komenda sugar factory fiasco. It makes one wonder.

  Ghana has a management problem. They cannot manage anything. Even they cannot manage a simple BRT services. It is difficult to buy the cards or top it up. They cannot also market it.
