  Never take staff for granted because they have all the answers to their needs of the hospital but will not freely share this information until fully respected and acknowledge that they are also stakeholders.

  Mr CEO, you don't need any additional legislation. All that is needed to get the hospital going is quality leadership with integrity to ensure that all transactions comply with the relevant laws and regulations, not political appointees like you. Sadly, you are just a square peg in a round - with no clue whatsoever. Sorry to have to be so point-blank.

  Fund raise and involve the entire community including taxi drivers, traders along Korle -Bu doing businesses etc. Do a fund raising event they would attract every one like a Fete. So that people can come and buy or sell stuff ...

So that people can come and buy or sell stuff on a particular day only.Aim at a target figure and get marketing promotion people or yourselves to do. never rely on the govt to fund everything. You will lose respect as an organisation. Do something yourselves through fund raising events.
