I think another way to resolve Galamsey Saga is for the Govt to do as follows: (1).Identify Galamsey areas in the Country on record.(2).Operators to Form Co-operative Society of not less than 25 people or more,each.(3).A Work Shop to educate Participants/ Trainees in acceptable Small Scale Mining Practices(use and dangers of chemical,water as a source of human plant and animals existence,etc,etc. Strict acceptable Modern Practices, introduction of Modern Technology under any one of these Institutions: Management Dev & Productivity Institute,Small & Medium Scale Ent,GH Empretec,Tarkwa School of Mines.(4).
Those who can not Read and Write should be instructed in their local language.And have Exams by interview
