This building had never been rehabilitated since it was built, typical Ghanaian attitude since it was constructed. They can remain there and if it falls on them, they should not blame any body.

  Evict them. This lawlessness must stop. Not paying rent and not maintaining the place. If thus building collapses and kills its occupants TDC would get the full blame. Evict them all and put an end to this kawkess ness.
