Secondly,their push for ROPA is simple.Majority of people in the diaspora are criminals who left the shores of Ghana for various financial malfeasance & were declared wanted during Rawlings regime from the revolution days.Some were accountants,bank managers,finance officers etc.Such characters detest Rawlings & the NDC so much.I know what I am talking about.They have never visited Ghana since then.At least I have come in contact with 3 of such people in the US on a visit.They are there,pleeeenty.

What I know is,whether it's the truth or false, Ghana had come a long way to continue to rely on one person Sole Commissioner to Announce Election Results.It's time Ghana take a look to renovate her obsolete Electoral Chairman/Chairperson Declaration of Result, to introduce Self Declared innovations,such as: A Board of Elections which does not need any one person to Declared the Result.And in case of Rerun, a Decision by the Board of Elections,In my personal opinion.
