Dr Akwasi Osei have been saying for over donkeys years that the Mental health must not be ignored and we should provide imrproved environment for the patients. Mahama's Govt ignored his pleas and instead looted state funds for their own private shopping of expensive $ by 4 and shopping spree for Lordina's 55th birthday bash. If Parliament has summon Ofori-Atta over Mental health funds then I would say Haleluyah.

Do you know the amount of money pantang hospital is making, if admission alone is 1200 and after you will be paying 800gh every month and we have about 30 to 40 clients in a ward and there are seven wards in the hospital excluding the chronic wards.
The only thing the administration does is to sell the medication the government has given out in LA Cote devor, that's not enough, they are selling the hospital lands to consume the money
