Clearly, the system at the public health department of AMA has failed. if wardens are able to charge and allow burial, it means the safeguarding systems are either non-existent or have failed. That is what AMA should be fixing. All the wardens are doing is exploiting a weakness in the system of allocating burial space.
My solution for idiots - design a seal that can not be imitated. Mandate that all burials display the seal at the graveside after burial. Have grave inspectors inspect all graves. Rather than exhuming bodies, if seal cannot be trace, deface, remove all traces of a burial, and make it available for the next body. If a warden has taken money illegally, cause their arrest and prosecution. If you don't Akuffo Addo will not. He has other more pressing things to do.
Stop complaining and take action.

First arrest those who released the corpse first. My brother died and barried about several months ago and still we have not been Issued the certificate. Somebody in AMA is not doing his job or waiting to collect money
