  What more can I say! When one sees fellow Ghanaians who are mentally challenged on our high streets with no clothes on yet no one seem to care is heart breaking. NPP is turning to be a Party who listens to the views on ghanaweb.com and other media and act on it. Fir this reason I salute NPP. Long live the Party in their determination to transform Ghana. I feel proud of the NPP party initiative of building a new Psychiatric hospital. Hopefully it would be a benchmark for other psychiatric hospital in the country and stop mentally challenge patients from being chained like dogs.

  The chineese people will fill the whole of Ghana with their relatives and workmen and deplete all other minerals and natural resources as much as they can with the help of our, ever ready irresponsible leaders.
  
  The saddest thing is, they will end up taking all the money they make in Ghana, back to their country for us to suffer continually.
  
  Good MP's must be questioning immigration, percentage of Ghanaians to be employed (trained and employed must be higher) and how long the contract will last if it is fair.

  In grant the recipient do not pay back. It is like scholarship, giving freely. Yes, advance countries give grants to third world countries. Grants can come to a country in several ways; a scholarship for students to study or pilot training to develop experts in certain or peculiar fields. In ghana such offers are mostly end with corrupt buseurs in the country for their children and relatives. I remember, those of us who gained the advantage to go to prestigeous high schools, I had the knowledge to notice the true nature of our society. Your friend will spend long vaccation in some wishful place, thinking his father was rich, in reality government grant program.
  With Loans, the nation pay for it with maybe exorbitant interest accrue, that affect all of us. Need to be investigated for proper disbursement in useage, and the strings attach. It should be concerns by all of us.

  All recruited members of the NPP Party must undergo a special training before they are inducted into the party as staunch members/permanent members. Training must be given to new members, irrespective of the background of these individuals. In Sweden when I became a member of the ruling which I had been a member until i Joined the NPP Party eight years ago, even though I was then an Associate Professor with two PhDs, I was given a mentor who trained me for a period of one year amidst the attendance of several political education courses in different sectors of the public. If the NPP Party had done something like this, we would not be experiencing the erratic behavior of the MP for Assin Central, Mr Kennedy Agyapong.Mr Agyapong must be tamed. Or probably he needs to go under psychiatric treatment at the cost of the leadership of the NPP Party. It is becoming too much to bear.
