  MMDCEs & ASSEMBLIES BETTER RESOURCED WITH THE $1MILLION POLICY; ACCRA WILL NO LONGER DICTATE THE RURAL DEVELOPMENT AGENDA. THE INTENTIONS ARE NOBLE SO IF NDC DOESN'T UP ITS OPPOSITION GAME BY BEING MORE CONSTRUCTIVE, THEIR CURRENT "PULL HIM DOWN" STRATEGY WILL BACKFIRE BECAUSE AFTER 25 YEARS, GHANAIANS HAVE MATURED TO THE LEVEL WHERE THE MAJORITY WANT A BETTER GHANA BUT NOT A BETTER NDC OR NPP.
