THOSE WHO DO HOLD DGREES AND PHD TITLES IN AGRICULTURE CONTINUE TO IDLE AT THR MINiSTRY OF AGRICULTURE, AT THE REGIONAL AND DISTRICT CENTRES FOR NONE PRODUCTIVE WORK, AT A TIME THAT THE VAST ARABLE LANDS IN THE COUNTRY COULD BE PUT INTO PRODUCTIVE USE TO PRODUCE THE NEEDED FOODSTUFFS TO FEED THE GROWING POPULATION IN GHANA.
  
  IT IS IN FACT A PITY THAT, THE SO CALLED EDUCATED FOR FAILING TO PERFORM WITH THEIR ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS STILL CONTINUE TO TWIST THE MINDS OF THE INNOCENT AND THE IGNORANT WITH IRRELEVANT ACCUSATIONS TOWARDS FOOD AND AGRICULTURE DEVELOPMENT AND TO SAVE THEIR VARIOUS FACES .
  
  IT IS TIME THE MINSTRY OF FOOD AND AGRICULTURE TRY TO DEFINE THE SO CALLED AGRICULTURAL EXTENSION WORK IN THE COUNTRY.
  
  FAILED MEN WHO ONLY LIVED ON CHEAP MONEY IN THE COUNTRY.
