  This has been in existence since 2000 and recently renewed until 2025, Kenya, Lesotho, Cote d'ivoire have made tons of moeney from this, in Ghana the Export promoting council and all the ministries involved are just sitting ...

  This has been in existence since 2000 and recently renewed until 2025, Kenya, Lesotho, Cote d'ivoire have made tons of moeney from this, in Ghana the Export promoting council and all the ministries involved are just sitting on their butts, for this chance to pass by 17yrs lost already, we are still smuggling stuff in boxes to African Markets when we can bring container loads of stuff with proper documentation!!!Even the cashew grown in Ghana, the Indians come and buy the raw nuts and process to send to US for more money!!!!!
