It is for EOCO to declare him innocent if he is indeed innocent.

The Finance officer is being a citizen, it is for eoco to proof that he is the office referred to. I think eoco must withdraw their letter and apologise.

If he wasn't at post then the leadership at eoco shd be charged with wasting our resources. Eoco would certainly have a donkey as CEO to make such a mistake and shd be sacked immediately
