  Can someone please explain this to me, have all the bodies been found and accounted for or has the rescue effort ended with the assumption that those whose bodies couldn't be retrieved are dead?

  Just five days and you are declaring them dead. This stupid statement could only come from a police service that is utterly useless. People could be trapped in underground mines for two to three weeks without food and water, ...

  Just five days and you are declaring them dead. This stupid statement could only come from a police service that is utterly useless. People could be trapped in underground mines for two to three weeks without food and water, however, if a more scientific and engineering approach is used those miners could be rescued and revived.
