She was not lying. Ablakwa knows what Adwoa is saying but trying to throw sand. Out of the 200 schools with the criteria stated only about 20 were going to be built by World bank money. The rest were to be built when money was available. The world bank money was available and NDC plan for this money was to build in its stronghold first. Adjoa Sarfo intervened behind the scenes to add Dome Kwabenya to the World bank funded ones. Schools built with World bank money has been labelled on its walls - World bank supported etc. Go round and apart from Dome all are in NDC strongholds. Dome would have been among the over 150 that couldn't be started if she had not intervened.

Adwoa Sarfo did intervene or better still lobbied behind the scenes with the World Bank to specifically designate her constituency for locating the school else by no stretch of imagination the NDC would not under any circumstances have located the school in such an NPP stronghold.
Check the records and the statistics 90% of all those schools and projects during dead goat incompetent Mahama's tenure were in the NDC strongholds.
