  In Ghana any Obroni can come here with fake certification and false professional experience and get good jobs at the expense of Ghanaians. An Indian guy at my work place was recently caught, not having any of the qualifications and IT experience he was claiming to have. He was earning 2000 dollars a month whilst the Ghana staff only earned about 2500 ghc.

  Just prosecute him and if found guilty,jail him to serve as deterrent to those who think Africa is not for Africans, but for everybody. Don't let the Asians particularly the Chinese, Arabs and Iranians take us for unwanted ride.

  2) What processes have been set up in that agency for vetting the qualifications of new hires
  3) Who is responsible for the hiring
  4) Gov't should prosecute and seek to recoup all emoluments paid to this guy to date, from the guy himself and from any body who was derelict in their oversight of the hiring. But if there is no written process for vetting new hires at that agency, then its head should be deemed incompetent and should be fired for cause.
