  Duties at the ports are too high compared to neighbouring countries and international standards. Officials are just robbing importers at the ports with their delay tactics and corruption. Technology at the ports is useless and still makes the ports very inefficient. Clearing agents are not needed at ports now in this age of internet connectivity. They are just robbing us at the ports.
