  The World Bank represents corrupt corporate entities and greedy and evil international banking Institutions that continue to milk poor nations, so if they're supporting our judiciary for "CAPACITY BUILDING", it shouldn't be seen as God is dealing with our judges but rather, they're playing with the "devil" and could lead to our judiciary to easily compromise their stand if any foreign multi-national corporation or a mining company comes before them for cheating Ghana .
  It's so sad Afenyo-Markins should believed the WB is a Godly institute that have the goodwill of Ghana at heart?

  Afenyo-Markin wants to say that he is not satisfied with what he is being paid with the tax payers money so other institutions should also pay him. That is corruption at it's peak.
