Kwesi Pratt is the most dangerous Journalist Ghana had ever have, he had the gut to recommend his fellow journalists to be executed by PNDC. Pratt even recommended Baako to be killed by the regime, thank God Baako was instead touchered violently and severely but his life was spared. This is what Kwesi Pratt can do. Now Pratt is a secret agent to NDC and US Embassy in Ghana. May God forgive Pratt and spare him the untold evils that will come upon him and his generations. The souls of those journalist killed through Pratt's recommendations to PNDC will never forgive Pratt. People are afraid of FEDERATION OF GHANA but we can have a strong central government but with more powers to our people at regional level, and with that, we may NOT NEED THE CENTRAL PARLIAMENT. And at the regional level, you get paid as a parliamentarian ONLY when you sit and you gotta have your own job on the side.
Our traditional system still have men who sit with local kings and deliberate on matters concerning the town, but who pay them? They heed to the call of the king and come and sit and senate with the king and when concensus is reached they stand up and go about their private duties.
We the African race invented SENATE with our royalty, and we did NOT put it in place for grown men be sitting on their fat asses doing nothing and be expecting the people to baby sit them and feed them. We invented it for the servicing of the people thru love of nation.
Black smiths, farmers fisher-folks, market women, weavers, carvers, hunters and other brave and wise opinion leaders have been doing this job of seating to deliberate and settle cases since the BLACK MAN came to this earth alone without any other race around 300,000 years ago. Why now we have to follow pale people with cave mentality coupled with anti-life tendencies who came out from us barely 8,000 years ago as albinos?

The central government will still be in place with council of elders and ministers but the power center will be with the people. So if say, the allocation given to a region is not used properly for their needs that region should hold their local leaders to a task. With the internet, the projects and their projected monies will be there for all to see. Open biddings have to be aired and have to be demanded by you and I at the local level. and the contractors website has to keep details of his progress as allowed by law or else he won't have no contract. These things can be done and be demanded by any reasonable humans who are paying their taxes and have to be concerned about how their money is spent, But if you do not care, and hope some lazy, dead-brain human being calling him or herself an MP sitting on his or her fat ass in Accra like a French whore will do for you, then you're delusional.
Local people need to solve their local needs thru their own local representatives. IT'S VERY NATURAL AND VERY LOGIC to sane and reasonable people any where, and we Africans knew this that's why we enstool kings and queen mothers locally, and not to have them sitting in Accra?

An elderly man had said it recently that the past eight years in the US had seen nothing coming from the senate.

The time has come for the country to look seriously into federal system. What Casey Hanford is saying is nothing short of Federal System of government. Every region should be able to determine their own destiny.

Is it the wrong implementation of the laws or formulation? There are adequate laws that can govern this country with excellence. In any case, has this man Sidney ever considered governance of this country without his so-called stupid laws? Does he think he is more intelligent than all the parliamentarians put together?Is he not breaking any stupid laws by describing our noble men of the house as stupid? Even if there is no law can`t he even guard his mouth with any moral laws. If he thinks our parliamentarians are stupid, he should go and look for a constituency to represent. People should first respect themselves if they want others to respect them. If his father was the late Casely Hayford of the VRA, that I know, them he should start behaving just like him, otherwise he can only be remembered for the wrong things. He insulted the previous government for a long time but I never bothered thinking after change of government he would tone down. He should be reminded that knowledge is good but wisdom is the best. He should apply wisdom by writing to the parliament what he sees wrong.

How can he make such sweeping generalisations of parliament. Does he know how parliament arrives at decisions that ultimately end up becoming laws? Does he know that on most occasions decisions are based on majority votes and that you may have more than 100 MPs voting against a motion that can end up becoming an act? So will he label those opposed to the bills as useless? He has a very small brain indeed and I will advise him stop his public pronouncements forthwith.

Maybe Mr case hayford is tired of sitting on the side lines and making stupid statements and writing stupid theorise and and want the chance to be tin god in a small region.
