  Let the police proof beyond all reasonable doubt that the suspect is 22 yrs. Have they come across his birth certificate in the school record indicating he is 22 yrs? If not they can't conclude that. If it's only a written re ...

  Let the police proof beyond all reasonable doubt that the suspect is 22 yrs. Have they come across his birth certificate in the school record indicating he is 22 yrs? If not they can't conclude that. If it's only a written record without the birth certificate then the police has no case. May be the person writing his record can make mistake.
