  I hope Mr Ofori-Atta realizes Mr Gyamfi clearly stated this was a rumor. He did not state this as a fact. Ofori-Atta should be smart enough to know that. It is unfortunate rumors can be damaging but they are part of life. In a country like Ghana, where there is often no smoke without fire, they sometimes open up the channel to the truth. Mr Agbodza's comments are something else that have to be dealt with in a different context.

Their intention is to put so much pressure on President Nana Addo and the NPP to distract the government from pursuing its grand agenda. More especially, Nana Addo and his family and party, will be put out to the international community as corrupt. This plan may help diminish the confidence the international community has in the government of Presidentt Nana Akufo Addo. The Ndc will be more than happy, they succeed in this evil plot.
