  U bang ur hope this free SHS,asked the heads of public basic schools, the capitation grants for 2016/2017 re in arrears for the academic year. The amount involved is 1.5p per pupil per term which amounts to 4.5p for whole academic year for each pupil but hadn't been paid since September, 2016 when the new academic year began. Headteachers ve used their own monies to run the schools till now. We the vacating on Thursday 27th July, 2017. Other materials supplied had also ran out since second term.
