He is only making the claim because he knows the BNI will trace it to him and he will have a lot of questions to answer. As a lawyer, is he claiming ignorance of the fact that he cannot install security devices in a government office without the knowledge of the security operatives? Is he also claiming he just forgot to remove the device upon leaving Office about 3 years ago? Since he was succeeded as Minister of Lands by Mr Ossai Mills, is he saying that Ossai Mills never knew about the presence of the device in the Office for all the years he occupied it? The whole matter smacks of a diabolic NDC contrivance to spy on top NPP appointees. The NPP administration will do well to conduct a full investigation into this matter. There appears to be sinister motives beyond Inusah Fuseini's mere admission of ownership.
