Because most of the chiefs has been exposed of their involvement in the galasey cancker by their critcs ,like what is happening at Kibi, so such chiefs will use the opportunity to harras their critics. So as to stop them from commenting on their (chief's) bad manners. Secondly, the chiefs will use the chance to harras their political opponents especially the youth. The Akims,Ewes,Ashanti's,northeners etc may choose ( the chiefs ) to punish their political opponents. If the Ghana police service is made the Ghana Police Force, and are well armed as they were made under general Kutu Acheampong where they were armed with tanks and pisgoers there is no gallamsayer who can stand our Police Force.
