Besides the office, did he installed security devises in his cars and houses? Yeah criminals are so stupid they will go to his open office to to put his lights out.? The devise was active and was sending signals . Someone picked the signals from the devise and alerted the Minister. You don't install a spying devise that you claim was a gift and forget to inform anyone when out of office as a public official? Tell us more, we are all ears?

My humble advice to this govt, is to screen all offices of its appointees. These NDC people are not of good intent so they should be treated with utmost care.
