He was a VERY COMPETENT LEADER. During his Two term Presidency he made Ghana's economy Stable, to the extent that the Ghana Cedi was Strong.

At One point It was GHC1.00 =US$1.00 One Cedi was equivalent to one US Dollar. Private Enterprise boomed.

One Year after he left Office the Ghana Cedi started falling as if it was in competition with Gravity. Now it is GHC4.50 = US$1.00

KUFUOR WAS ONE OF THE GREATEST PRESIDENTS OF THE REPUBLIC OF GHANA EVER, period.

The same applies to State Companies like Cocobod. I don't know why the CEO will be paying fat salaries while the Company is in debt. Every year it has to and borrow to buy Cocoa beans.
