  THAT WHAT IS WRONG IF HIS EXPERTISE IN THOSE AREAS ARE TAPPED FOR THE ENTIRE BENEFIT OF GHANA? THAT HE AND OTHERS ARE BIG ASSETS OF GHANA AND GHANA STILL NEVER TAPPING THEIR RICH AND IN_:DEPTH ASSETS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE. THAT IN 1993 WHEN I HAD THE EYE PROBLEMS AND A MEDICAL BOARD WAS SET ON ME AT THAT I WAS ATTENDING BOTH GHANA SCHOOL OF LAW AND GHANA. INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT AND PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION ( GIMPA) AND PURSUING BOTH COURSES AT THE SAME TIME THAT THE MEDICAL BOARD RECOMENDED AMONG OTHERS, THAT "I AM/WAS AN ASSET FOR GHANA AND THEREFORE EVERYTHING TO BE DONE TO HELP SAVED MY EYE___". THAT EVERYTHING WAS DONE BY THE THEN GOVERNMENT OF GHANA AND SENT ME TO THE UNITED KINGDOM AND MY EYE WAS SAVED. THAT WHETHER OR NOT I AM STILL AN ASSET FOR GHANA IS ONLY TO BE DETERMINED BY THE GHANA GOVERNMENT. HOWEVER, I AM VERY AWARE THAT PASTOR MENSAH OTABIL AND OTHERS ARE ASSETS WHOSE EXPERTISE CAN BE TAPPED FOR THE BENEFIT OF GHANA. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED. After all, ruling a state or politics stated from the palace where the King and the Chief priest merge together to see the welfare of their Kingdoms;spiritually and physically!
