Hon Anthony Abayifa Karbo thanked the President and assured him that he will ensure that everything is FREE in the education sector, even toilet rolls.

He also promised to institute the breeding of dogs in all schools to supply the yet to be built DOG MEAT factory with hygienic dog meat.
