In correctional centres the offenders are corrected and integrated when released into their various communities. Again, community sentences another way forward. Introduce farms and let minor offender work rather than sentences.

These two institutions were completely ignored by Kuffour, Attah Mills and Mahama's Govt hence why these institutions are still pending for serious investment for an annual maintenance of uplift and to upgrade facilities and quality of service delivery in the mentioned organisation throughtout the country. Dr Akwasi Osei lamented to former President Mahama but he was busy signing off contract for the delivery of the 58 4 by 4 for MP's and Party officials instead.
