I believe the GHS got it wrong on this one. It definitely opens the flood gates on such a conduct. Taking babies to work creates a lot of distraction for the parent. How does she focus or attend to a patient if the child is crying. We as parents have a responsibility to plan and mange our family and the GHS should insist on that as against trying to be politically correct.
