  The ruling is infamous and unfortunate as it discourages competition leading to price hikes as it's the case in Multichoice packages. It's packages are simply outside the reach of the poor. There should be competition, they should allow others into the airing of EPL and rather work on their brands n cost to attract customers rather than fighting competition in the name of piracy or copyright violation.
