Yes we had "this thing" as President dishing out V8 to Chiefs, and so-called Ghanaian Celebrities and going round to tells Ghanaians "JM TOASO". No one should blame this six-month old Government, for this building has NOT been in this state just the last six months.

  When I was growing up in the 50's my grandfather had a farm shed very similar to the picture of this "school". In 2017 we call such structures schools. A big shame on us.
