Unfortunately, our system is so broken that we cannot even send out Ambulances and other rescue vehicles and personnel to accident cites in time to help save lives. And we cannot even manage how to keep broken-down vehicles off the roads in time to avoid accidents.

What a disgrace and costly price to pay for official negligence and incompetence! How could a broken-down vehicle be left in the middle of the road in the night without any warning signals? The driver of the broken-down vehicle, if alive, must be charged with involuntary homicide, and given the heaviest penalty allowed under the Law for such crimes.
